1、 Water bed treatment method
The water bed treatment method is to install a water storage working platform at the lower part of the cutting machine, so that the cut workpiece is completely underwater, and the cutting operation is completed underwater, so that the smoke and dust generated by the cutting are captured by water, thereby improving the working environment of the processing area. Using this treatment method to purify cutting smoke and dust, metal oxide dust can easily cause hardening underwater, making it difficult to remove hardening dust.

Firstly, the water surface lifting water bed: This water bed contains a closed air box, which expels water by blowing air into the air box to ensure that the water surface is above the surface of the steel plate. When picking up dropped parts or cutting non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, it can release the air inside the air box, causing the water surface to drop.
Secondly, drilling and cutting water bed: This water bed has a special design for the water bed and frame module where steel plates are laid to prevent damage to the cutting tools caused by traditional water bed cutting boards.
Thirdly, water tank type water bed: This water bed is different from the water surface lifting water bed and does not include a closed air box. Its water surface height is fixed and can only be adjusted through the inlet and outlet. But its manufacturing is simple, cost is low, and maintenance is convenient, suitable for customers who do not need to raise or lower the water surface but do not have high requirements.
2、 Semi dry treatment method
The semi dry treatment method uses a semi dry workbench with a dust collector, etc. The semi dry workbench stores a small amount of water in the lower part, and the cutting board of the upper frame module is high, forming an exhaust duct. This dust removal method has good dust removal effect, simple structure, convenient maintenance, and high popularity, making it a commonly used dust removal method for many customers. For different customers, it is further divided into the following different forms.
Firstly, blow suction type: one side uses a blower to blow air, and the other side uses an air duct to extract air. It is suitable for customers who do not require a wide cutting width, mainly due to its low cost and small footprint.
Secondly, double suction type: both sides use air ducts to extract air simultaneously, suitable for customers with wide cutting width and high dust removal requirements.
Thirdly, dust removal by the dust collector: The plasma dust from the terminal enters the dust collector, which completes the treatment of the plasma dust, and then discharges the processed gas into the atmosphere. The dust collector has good dust removal effect and is suitable for customers with high environmental requirements and convenient dust treatment.
Fourthly, exhaust fan dust removal: The plasma dust at the terminal is extracted by the exhaust fan and directed into the water pool, allowing the plasma dust to be absorbed by the water. This dust removal method has low manufacturing cost, low maintenance cost, and convenient maintenance.
3、 Dry treatment method
The dry treatment method is to install a dry working platform under the cutting machine, configure a set of cutting dust collectors, and directly transport the dust containing flue gas generated during cutting to the purifier for treatment. This treatment method does not generate secondary pollution during the purification process, and is convenient for dust cleaning. It is suitable for the purification of various metal cutting smoke and dust, and meets indoor and outdoor emission standards. The methods of capturing smoke and dust can be divided into the following types.
Firstly, blow suction method: This method is the same as the blow suction method in the semi dry treatment method.
Secondly, double suction: This method is the same as the double suction method in the semi dry treatment method.
Thirdly, central damper type: This smoke and dust capture method is achieved by setting a central damper in each module of the work platform. When the plasma cutting machine cuts, the damper in this area opens to complete the exhaust. This method has good ventilation effect, low cost, and is suitable for customers with small cutting formats.
Fourth, side air door type on both sides: The principle of the central air door type is consistent, and it is achieved by opening the air door in the cutting area to extract air. However, it has two air doors, suitable for customers with wide cutting widths, and the working platform of this method is easy to maintain and repair.
