How to maintain the optical lenses of laser cutting machines

Cleaning lenses requires laser welding machine users or specific maintenance personnel to strictly follow the following maintenance methods to carefully clean the lenses. The specific operation steps are as follows:
Step 1: Wear a mask and rubber gloves (you can also wear fingertips), and choose a place with less dust for lens cleaning;
Step 2: Take a flat mirror wiping paper and cut the bottom half. Drop a small amount of 99.5% pure alcohol in the middle of it (because the mirror wiping paper has a certain filtering effect, use the lower surface of the mirror wiping paper to contact the lens for wiping), as shown in Figure 1;
Step 3: When using your fingertips to pick up the lens and wipe it, be sure that your fingertips are not higher than the surface of the lens, as shown in Figure 2;
Step 4: Place the alcohol containing part of the wiping paper on the lens, first pull it back and forth slightly to fully adsorb the wiping paper on the lens and loosen the pollutants on the lens, then gently pull it in one direction. As shown in Figure 3. During the pulling process, as there is no alcohol in other parts of the wiping paper, the excess alcohol on the lens can be sucked dry. Be careful not to leave any alcohol on the lens, otherwise alcohol stains may form;
Step 5: Lift the lens and observe from below whether the lens is wiped clean in a bright area. If it is not wiped clean, replace it with a new mirror paper and repeat the above steps (the mirror paper should not be reused).
