The drawbacks of traditional locomotive girder machining are obvious, and it is against this background that KEBEI has come up with a solution - the “Locomotive Girder 5-axis Laser Work Island” for locomotive girder machining. It is a high-tech product integrating 3D 5-axis laser cutting, laser composite welding and extrusion molding.

The island has refined and optimized the six processes in the past, integrating the original six machines into a set of intelligent expert system, which can flexibly respond to different processing needs. The degree of intelligence of this work island is very high, cutting, clamping and welding it can do, and does not need too much manual intervention, saving a lot of manpower.
Since it is a single machine, the operator only needs 2 people. In terms of floor space, it can save 4 times the space. The backward productivity of the past is thus transformed into new quality productivity. One machine can solve all the problems, this is the charm of flexible processing.
