On March 15, the inauguration ceremony of the intelligent manufacturing base of KEBEI Laser and the new product conference was successfully concluded. Nearly 300 guests from the government, industry associations, customer representatives and media gathered to witness this historic moment.

At 9:18 a.m., the inauguration ceremony of KEBEI Laser Intelligent Manufacturing Base was officially opened. Mr. Xu Yunguo, General Manager of Ezhou KEBEI Laser Co., Ltd, Mr. Huang Xiaoming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Gedian Economic and Technological Development Zone, as well as representatives of the customers delivered speeches at the inauguration ceremony.

 

In his speech, Mr. Xu reviewed the construction history of the intelligent manufacturing base of KEBEI Laser and looked forward to the future strategic planning. He said: “The inauguration of this intelligent manufacturing base of KEBEI Laser is the best reward for our past efforts and a new starting point for us to move into the future. In the next three years, it will become the industry's “dream factory” and realize the grand goal of annual output value of 900 million yuan.”

 

 

Firecrackers sounded, flowers were released, the leaders of Gedian Development Zone and the leaders of KEBEI Laser cut the ribbon for the base, and at 10:08, Director Qiu announced that the KEBEI Laser Intelligent Manufacturing Base was officially put into production.

 

 

In the subsequent new product release session, Liu Xin, deputy general manager of KEBEI Laser, introduced the company's newly developed laser equipment in detail. Welding robot according to preset parameters automatically complete spot welding and full welding operations, welding quality is stable, beautiful, in line with industry norms. The whole riveting and welding process does not require manual intervention, significantly reducing the labor intensity of workers and safety hazards.
