Recently, the much-anticipated 15th Steel Structure Industry Development Forum was grandly held in Beijing, and KEBEI Laser was honored to be invited to attend the event. On the scene of the forum, Liu Xin, deputy general manager of KEBEI Laser, shared the latest R&D achievements and technological innovations of KEBEI Laser in the field of steel structure in detail with the attending guests. In the current steel structure industry, processing accuracy and efficiency are two major high-frequency pain points. Traditional high-power bevel cutting equipment often requires nearly a million dollars in investment, which is undoubtedly a heavy burden for small and medium-sized enterprises, often caught in the predicament of “upgrading that is a loss”. At the same time, the traditional drilling and sawing production line is long and complex, often need to configure as many as 4-5 sets of equipment, high dependence on manual labor, low degree of processing flexibility, precision and efficiency is difficult to meet the needs of modern production.

 

 

In response to these pain points, KEBEI Laser has launched two revolutionary products: Xinghan Flat Slope High Power Laser Cutting Machine and Seven Star Intelligent Laser Processing Center.

 

Xinghan flat bevel high power laser cutting machine is a cost-effective product developed and built by KEBEI laser for bevel cutting. It innovatively integrates the intelligent bevel cutting function, and achieves comprehensive performance improvement through advanced software algorithm optimization and hardware structure upgrade. Behind the double upgrading, the cost compression is still maximized for users, who only need the budget of a flatbed machine to realize the complex bevel cutting function.

 

 

Singhan flat bevel high-power laser cutting machine can easily complete the V-type, X-type, Y-type, K-type and other complex bevel cutting in a single molding, bevel angle of up to 45 °, and high precision and stability.

 

 

The real-time tracking feedback of bevel cutting height data avoids problems such as heat warping during the cutting process, and ensures that the accuracy of 12-meter-long straight line bevel reaches ±1mm.

 

At the same time, when cutting in batch, the bevel parameters only need to be set once, and then they can be synchronized to all the parts automatically, which saves 90% of the programming time.

 

The seven-star intelligent laser processing center, is the laser for the section steel processing pain points and launched a collection of work. It integrates laser cutting, precision machinery, intelligent detection and three-dimensional six-axis numerical control technology, and one equipment can complete the high-precision processing of section steel, flat plate, round pipe, square pipe, angle steel, channel steel and I-beam steel, realizing the comprehensive intelligentization of steel structure processing.

 

The machine adopts advanced three-dimensional six-axis linkage control technology and precise laser measurement sensors, which can efficiently and accurately complete a variety of functions such as cutting off, beveling, locking, cutting holes, and drawing lines of section steel. Its 26-meter-long double-station design has raised the processing efficiency to a new height, and only two people are needed to complete the processing operation of a variety of materials.

 

Meanwhile, Seven Star Intelligent Laser Processing Center has developed more practical functions according to users' difficulties in actual production. For metal processing users, the cutting of shaped materials is often difficult to be accomplished by traditional equipment. However, based on the advanced control system, Seven Stars Intelligent Laser Processing Center can complete the efficient and accurate cutting requirements for shaped materials, such as reducer beams, wing widening beams, travelling beams, automotive longitudinal beams, round tube coherent bevels, and bulbous flat steel.

 

 

At the conference site, Liu Xin, deputy general manager of KEBEI Laser, also shared the application cases of Star Intelligent Laser Processing Center at user sites. In Hebei WJL construction, the seven-star intelligent laser processing center of KEBEI laser successfully replaced the work that originally required four large-scale equipment and 15 people, and the production efficiency was increased by one-third, and the labor cost was also effectively controlled.

 

And in Chengde BD Weiye, the equipment of KEBEI laser has made the production efficiency achieve a leap from 15,000 tons to 25,000 tons, and successfully solved the problems of difficult recruitment and low production efficiency. These successful cases fully demonstrate the leading position and profound strength of KEBEI laser in the steel structure industry.
