This journey not only showcased the majestic Three Gorges scenery and introduced the unique charm of Tujia folk customs, but also deepened camaraderie among colleagues amidst the lush mountains and clear waters while enhancing teamwork spirit.
Chexi Folk Customs Scenic Area
Immersive Folk Experience and Team Bonding:
On the first day, the team arrived at their first stop—Chexi Folk Culture Scenic Area. The rustic Tujia dwellings and rich ethnic atmosphere instantly captivated everyone. Employees watched Tujia song and dance performances together, interacting closely with the performers. In this relaxed and joyful atmosphere, departmental barriers dissolved, achieving the team's initial ice-breaking. The rich cultural ambiance and interactive experiences quickly integrated everyone into the group, filling the air with continuous laughter.
Two Dams and One Gorge Cruise

The next day's “Two Dams and One Gorge” tour (Three Gorges Dam, Gezhouba Dam, Xiling Gorge) marked the highlight of the entire journey. As the ship glided through the waters, the majestic and rugged scenery of Xiling Gorge unfolded like a scroll painting, vividly showcasing the breathtaking spectacle of “a tranquil lake emerging from towering gorges.” As the cruise ship slowly navigated the Gezhouba locks, personally experiencing the marvel of “rising with the tide,” colleagues marveled at the grandeur and ingenuity of this monumental engineering feat. On deck, everyone shared reflections, took commemorative photos, and witnessed team bonds deepen amidst the majestic landscape.
Zhaotianhou Rafting

In the afternoon, the team headed to the Zhaotianhou rafting site. This activity put everyone's courage and teamwork skills to the test. With two people per raft, colleagues worked together to navigate treacherous rapids, encouraging each other while engaging in playful water fights. On the final day, the team visited the Three Gorges Village nestled between mountains and rivers. Strolling along the riverside boardwalk, stilt houses, ancient sailing ships, and black-roofed boats dotted the landscape, while the melodious mountain songs of Tujia girls filled the air. Colleagues gathered in small groups, taking photos and sharing casual conversation. Immersed in the beautiful natural surroundings and rich cultural heritage, they relaxed both body and mind, drawing a peaceful and satisfying conclusion to the journey.
