In the traditional steel structure processing, the laser secondary processing line of KEBEI section steel can process one profile and complete loading and unloading in less than 10 minutes, and the design of double stations fully saves the loading and unloading time. It can achieve the processing efficiency of more than 6 pieces of workpiece per hour. Compared with domestic and foreign drilling, sawing and locking production lines, our processing line has obvious advantages and higher cost performance.

 

 

For the problem of high labor cost in Southeast Asian countries, for the same specification and quantity of steel profiles, the traditional drilling, sawing and locking production line requires 8 people, but with the introduction of the laser secondary processing line for KEBEI steel profiles, only 2 people are needed to complete the highly efficient cutting operations. 1 person to operate the machine, 1 person to lift, and the larger the workpiece, the higher the efficiency of the laser processing line for steel profiles, the more obvious the advantage.

In view of the high temperature processing environment in Southeast Asian countries, the laser secondary processing line of KEBEI steel section can realize the compensation of cutting seam and welding shrinkage according to the temperature difference between the processing site and the construction site, which effectively controls the accuracy of the finished product, makes the subsequent welding operation smoother and greatly reduces the error caused by the temperature difference.
